Trampolining is not only a form of acrobatic gymnastics but is also a fantastic way to stay fit and have fun. When it comes to trampolining at Just Jump, we strive to meet the individual needs of all our participants at whatever level, whether they are a complete beginner or an experienced gymnast. At Just Jump we use a specially designed development programme from which our customers gain new skills, starting with very simple moves and then working up towards more complex routines.

In actual fact, trampolining is considered one of the best sports for helping improve the movement and capabilities of those who have disabilities and improves their quality of life.
